A hydro-jetter consists of a motor and a water container. The motor puts the water under extremely high pressure. The water is then sent through a hose that a plumber feeds down into drains or other access points into the pipes.
When the water reaches the nozzle, it sprays out in multiple directions to provide a 360° coverage of the inside of the pipe. The force of this high pressure water blasts away all types of deposits from the drainpipe and sewer line walls, including hard water build-up and organic obstructions—even root infiltration. The water leaves the pipe scoured clean, and with none of the damage that other methods might create.
